Jimmy Choo now set to team up with UGG Australia
Ugg Australia’s sheepskin boots are set to up their glamor quotient, under the courtesy of Jimmy Choo. That’s true!! It was just last year when Jimmy Choo teamed up with H&M for a flaunting range of shoes, apparels and accessories, which was not that successful as H&M ad campaigns.
Latest news is that, two footwear labels will be launched in October as a limited edition, with five different styles in variety of colors, under the label ”UGG & Jimmy Choo”. The limited edition would probably be a collection of women’s sheepskin footwear and will be based on construction of UGG’s sheepskin boots ”with design details that embody the spirit of the Jimmy Choo brand,” said both companies in a statement to WWD.
Prices for this line will range from $595 through to $795, and will be carried at select Jimmy Choo and UGG Australia stores and two labels’ online stores, as well as at certain specialty and department stores that carry Jimmy Choo.
“Other than Jimmy Choo, UGG Australia is the only other footwear I do have in my wardrobe,” said president and founder of Jimmy Choo, Tamara Mellon.
