Bernadette Penkov presented Fall 2010 collection at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, inspired by personality of today’s women. Whole vibe of collection was very rough and masculine. Presentation of women clothing was done in a manner that revealed strong identity as well as lightness of life of today’s women.

Mood of Penkov Fall 2010 collection was inspired from uniforms, military and masculine elegance. Femininity was interpreted through clothes in a modern manner. Models were giving a very stunning and serious look. Uniform detailing like pocket flaps and stitching, combined with fluent volume along with scarves and bags, looked awesome.

Designer has beautifully chosen and paired elements like shining tuxedo strips on washed wool and rough coat materials with noble brushed gold buttons, that reflects contrast. Coats flaunted by models, made of pure virgin wool and chiffon dresses symbolized innovation as well as traditional fashion.
Talking about colors; unlike NO IFS Autumn/Winter 2010 collection based on shades of red, Penkov’s 2010 autumn/winter collection was full of khaki tones and shades of brown and black. Fall 2010 collection by Penkov at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week stands for modern young women of today with an urban twist. A nice fusion of elegance and urban style is put together in a new and surprising way.
