CFDA’s Annual Awards Ceremony often called ‘the Oscars of fashion‘ held on Monday, June 7, 2010 at Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center was magnificent. Lot of stylish celebrities, designers, models graced CFDA Fashion Awards 2010 with their presence.

Highlight of event was tribute paid to the late Alexander Mcqueen by Sarah Jessica Parker, followed by presentation of Alexander Mcqueen final collection. Wearing Alexander McQueen gown along with Stephen Russell jewelry, Sarah Jessica Parker at 2010 CFDA Fashion Awards looked gorgeous.

Gwyneth Paltrow arrived at CFDA Fashion Awards wearing fitted glimmering black Michael Kors gown with minimal jewelry and hair pulled back in a tight ponytail. Presence of Gwyneth Paltrow at 2010 CFDA Fashion Awards glam up the event.

Supermodel Iman fishtailed black strapless Giambattista Valli gown was stunning. Iman at 2010 CFDA Fashion Awards was looking beautiful and she also won Fashion Icon Award.

Dakota Fanning Marchesa dress accessorized with Brian Atwood shoes and Loree Rodkin rings was fantastic. 16-year-old actress Dakota Fanning for 2010 CFDA Fashion Awards opt white and it complemented her perfectly.

Alexa Chung went for beige dress, adding one more color to event. TV star Whitney Port graced 2010 CFDA Fashion Awards in a silver halter neck David Meister dress.

Jessica Biel colorful dress added a splash of colors to event. Her loud Diane Von Furstenburg dress was very stylish and different. Like MTV Movie Awards 2010 red carpet fashion, celebrity fashion at 2010 CFDA Fashion Awards was at boom.

Among big winners of 2010 CFDA Fashion Awards were Michael Kors, Marc Jacobs, Jason Wu, Alexander Wang and Alexander McQueen. Marc Jacobs won Womenswear designer of the year award, Alexander Wang won Swarovski award/accessory design award, Michael Kors won Geoffrey Beene Lifetime Achievement Award and Special Tribute Award was paid to Alexander McQueen.
