Shakira’s 2010 World Cup T-shirts: Football Fashion for Cause
Shakira teamed up with UNICEF and Mango to launch a line of T-shirts to benefit the Barefoot Foundation that works on providing education worldwide.
Shakira said:
“The true spirit of this World Cup means making a lasting contribution. We can add to its legacy by using this historic moment as a platform to advocate for quality education for South Africa’s children, and an end to poverty and inequality wherever it exists.”
Shakira’s Mango solidarity T-Shirts include four designs, two for women and two for men. These cool t-shirts with slogans “Waka Waka” will go on sale from 10th of June at all Mango stores worldwide.
Profits will go towards early childhood education initiatives in South Africa. So, get hold of Shakira designed World Cup charity tees and enjoy football fever along with showing support to cause.
Shakira will also sing official FIFA World Cup anthem, “Waka Waka” (This Time for Africa) in Johannesburg during official opening concert and in closing ceremony. These t-shirts are perfect for flaunting FIFA World Cup Fashion.
