Jason Wu Spring 2011 New York Fashion Week Collection flaunted on Friday was a nice mixture of 70’s-style YSL tailoring and Brazilian excitement with Latino touches. Just like BCBG Max Azria Spring 2011 Collection, shown on same day, Jason Wu Spring 2011 offering was feminine.

Jason Wu Spring 2011 NYFW Show opened with a model stepping on runway in white and sleeveless beige organza blouses adorned with a wide pussycat-bow at the neck, teamed with high-waisted flared trousers, completing the look was a narrow belt.

Skinny-rib sweaters, violet chiffon tiered shell-tops adorned with ruffle teamed with floral pencil-skirts were stylish. Making appearances on stage were smartly cut lean trousers paired with ladylike blouses or neat striped knits.

Not only dresses, but Jason Wu’s new range of handbags and shoes, under the label, Miss Wu, along with a collection of nail-polishes was also launched at New York Fashion Week Spring 2011. It was the official launch of Miss Wu accessories that includes shoes, bags, and optical.

Talking about accessory, Carmen Miranda-style turbans, in cobalt-blue was attention grabbing. Finale of runway show presenting Jason Wu Spring 2011 Collection was also magnificent. Last looks of show included electric violet and shocking-pink silk chiffon halter-neck and ruffle-backed long gowns.

Elongated Jackets, crisp button-ups, flare pants and corsage style brooches were among highlights of show. SStay connected with FashionFame.com for more updates on New York Fashion Week. Meanwhile check out, Project Runway Season 8 Finale New York Fashion Week Spring 2011
