Michael Kors Spring 2011 runway show was among final shows of New York Fashion Week Spring 2011 season. Everything was very colorful, beach bright, relaxed and wearable, bringing sunshine on runway. Black color was replaced by whites, khaki and eye popping colors like blue, purple, pink, white, and yellow.

Michael Kors Spring 2011 NYFW Show opened with a a gorgeous couple stepping on runway clad in pristine white linens and sheer, body-skimming knits. Female model was donning a gauzy long-sleeve T-shirt over a leg-baring sarong while male model was dresses in matching linen suit and tank.

Then came a slew of models including Isabeli Fontana, Carolyn Murphy, Chanel Iman, and Karolina Kurkova flaunting Michael Kors Spring 2011 womenwear that was colorful and casual. There were hemp linen trench, chunky cotton rope hand-knits, hemp soutache lace skirt.

Model in a gabardine trench teamed with a cropped sweater, white shirt and trousers looked chic. Not only women’ collection but Michael Kors Spring 2011 menswear were also rocking aligned perfectly with the rustic-seaside sensibility. There were hand-knit hemp sweaters, linen blazers and trousers, Bermuda shorts, sweater vests, leather jackets in nutty medium browns, cable-knit sweater and much more. Teaming of blue pajama stripes with heather-gray sweats was stylish. Spring 2011 Michael Kors womenwear Collection also featured eye popping evening wear including draped silk jersey gowns in ultra-bright yellow and pink.

Key pieces included big cross-body messenger bags, platform wedges and flat sandals, crystal-studded pajama trousers, draped “toga” dresses, pantsuits, Oversize cardigans and much more.
