Victoria Beckham Spring 2011 Dresses Collection: Celebration of Woman’s Curves
Victoria Beckham perfectly knows how to make a woman look her best and it’s evident by Victoria Beckham Spring 2011 Collection showed at New York Fashion Week Spring 2011. Victoria Beckham Spring 2011 Collection was all about celebration of curves and dresses that showcases a woman’s sensuality. Explaining the inspiration behind the collection, Victoria Beckham said “I’m celebrating a woman’s curves this season — it’s all about shape.”
Celebrated designer Victoria Beckham Spring 2011 NYFW Collection included 26 looks, out of which only one dress featured a corset. Surprising!! It was strapless silk organdy dress, screen-printed with pale lilac stripes, like fluorescent tubes. Show opened with a model clad in a draped purple silk dress wrapped and knotted at the torso.
Highlights of show included form fitting dresses, a black gown with jet embroidery at shoulder, a shoulder-baring jacquard with ribbon straps, a Cadillac pink dress with an asymmetric neckline and a contrasting zipper in back, black evening gown adorned with an invisible interior belt. During the show Victoria Beckham also unveiled her new line of handbags. Victoria Beckham handbags collection included a square, two-handled tote called ‘Victoria’ bag, waxed crocodile, a voluminous black traveling bag and many more. Talking about accessories, Brian Atwood rose gold platform pumps and Beckham’s new handbag collection were stylish.
On the whole, Victoria Beckham Spring 2011 dresses flaunted on runway during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Spring 2011 were stylish, sexy and colorful offering dresses in white, nude, black, ultraviolet and mandarin orange hues.
