Malin Akerman Replaces Lindsay Lohan as Linda Lovelace in Inferno
Lindsay Lohan is replaced by Malin Akerman as Linda Lovelace. Now, ‘Couples Retreat’ Star Malin Akerman would be taking her place in the porn star’s biopic Inferno.
Movie went on hold due to Lohan’s failure in two drug tests, violation of her probation and due to the fact that she has to remain in rehab until January 3, so Lohan parted ways professionally with ‘Inferno’ director Matthew Wilder and without any further ado, Inferno, director Matthew Wilder quickly replaced her with Malin Akerman.
So, now instead of Lindsay Lohan, 32-year-old Swedish actress Malin Akerman will portray late porn star Linda Lovelace, who starred in 1972’s infamous Deep Throat. Malin Akerman was recently spotted at MOCA Los Angeles Gala on Saturday (November 13).
Akerman shot to fame after her roles in Couples Retreat and 27 Dresses. She is currently busy in latest movie, Wanderlust, with Paul Rudd and Jennifer Aniston. Lohan is currently undergoing treatment at the Betty Ford rehab clinic in Rancho Mirage, California.
