Katie Holmes spent yesterday with three M’s and looked really happy. Confused?? 32-year-old actress was front row at Max Mara fashion Show at Milan Fashion Week with her Mom Kathleen.

Katie Holmes attended Max Mara Fall-Winter 2011-2012 ready-to-wear show on Thursday looking beautiful as ever. Katie transformed into a style queen for the show by slipping into a one-shouldered jumpsuit while her Mom looked elegant in a gray skirt suit.

It looked like she took a break from motherhood to spend time with her mom as Suri and Tom Cruise were not present at the event.

She was looking very glamorous from head-to-toe, showing off some shoulder in Max Mara camel silk asymmetric jumpsuit. She accessorized her look with heels, and Jennifer Meyer Initial Necklace in “S” for Suri but no earrings. Making her look super chic was minimal makeup and red nail shade.

Talking about Katie Holmes Max Mara fashion show hairstyle, she opted for back combing slightly to create a simple but striking bouffant.

Mom Kathleen sported a taupe suit, nude shoes, and bright red lipstick. Both Katie and her mom made a variety of interesting facial expressions while watching the show.
