Minka Kelly covers Self Magazine March 2011 issue. The 30-year-old ‘The Roommate’ actress is all smiles on the cover page in a very Springy look. Minka who’s currently dating Yankees player Derek Jeter, is showing off her amazing body on the cover page and inside the magazine. On the cover page, Minka is donning orange button down and white pants.

She talks about many things in this issue like on The Roommate, on her favorite treats, on her fitness goals, new movie, favorite treats, fitness goals.

Minka Kelly on The Roommate: “I’m really excited to get the opportunity to introduce it to a whole other generation who hasn’t seen Single White Female. We’re not recreating it because we could never top or re-do, or over-do.. We could never touch the original because it is so perfect. But the whole theme of it, I don’t think has stopped, and is still going on, especially in college, and this takes place in college which is obviously different from the original, and I just think it’s a fun theme to re-introduce to this whole new generation who hasn’t seen it.”

Minka Kelly on her favorite treats: “The list can go on for not so healthy treats. Oreo cookies, frosted flakes – those are easy treats. You want a little bit more complicated, I love peach cobbler. I love brownies, cakes, all of it. And when I was little I used to hate cake but now I love it. And pie. I make a mean apple pie myself. Healthy treats—is anything healthy?”

Minka Kelly on her fitness goals: “It’s not about weight; I haven’t gotten on a scale in a long time. If I’m working out hard enough, I’m proud of myself.”
