Halle Berry flaunted her stunning figure and star power at Muhammad Ali’s Celebrity Fight Night XVI, held on Saturday, March 19 in Phoenix, Arizona.

44-year-old ‘Die Another Day’ star looked like a total knockout in a blue dress from the Rachel Roy Resort 2010 collection at the charity fundraiser held at JW Marriot Desert Ridge Resort and Spa.

She flaunted her awesome figure in a midnight blue strappy satin dress accessiorized with hoop earrings, a chic bracelet and her beautiful smile. Finishing off her look were black t-strap sandals.

At the event, Halle was presented with an award for her work helping the needy at the charity fundraiser. After receiving the awards, Halle gave legendary Muhammad Ali a kiss on the cheek and a big hug.

She was all smiles at the event with and posed for photos sporting her pixie cut, one of the hottest 2011 short hairstyles. Just like Halle Berry NAACP Image Awards look, she was looking outstanding.

The Oscar-winning actress sparkled at the charity fight night for raising funds for the Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center at Phoenix’s St. Joseph’s Hospital. Event has given more than $17 million for the organization, since the charity event began 17 years ago.

Others celebs in attendance included Kevin Costner, Reba McEntire, Billy Cystal, Frankie Muniz and Kelly Clarkson who got together for the worthy cause.
