Beautiful diva, Lucy Hale donned a sassy strapless off-white short dress with a dramatic organza ruffled hem by Julian Joyce. She teamed her lovely frock with fashionable Giuseppe Zanotti booties.
She added some style to her look by wearing two gorgeous shades of nail polish, pink and red. Lucy jazzed up her simple yet stylish outfit with an eye-catching silver statement necklace from Baccarat’s Pampilles Collection.
