The gorgeous sis of Ashlee Simpson, goes pantless and was spotted wearing a green Theory sweater. Jessica was actually wearing a pair of denim shorts but they were so tiny that she looked pantless.
The diva finished off her eye-catching look with a pair of blue Casadei 140MM suede sandals. She was also carrying a smart Prada leopard print cavallino bowler bag.
