On her red carpet style: “I look at it as fun. I think it’s terrifying if you’re trying to do something you’re not comfortable with, or trying to channel something you’re not. But if you’re just being true to the kind of clothes you wear, it’s fun.”
On how her life has changed: “I have access to certain things that I wouldn’t ever have before. I used to go down to the flea markets and put these things together and take them to my tailor to be fixed up. And now there are other people who do that for me!”
On her bond with boyfriend and Slumdog Millionaire co-star Dev Patel: “There’s no one but him who totally understands what I’ve been through.”
