Beyonce attended 2011 MTV Video Music Awards held at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles on August 28.

The 29-year-old pop star Beyonce revealed her pregnancy news at the event by showing off her tiny baby bump swathed in drapy, floor-sweeping orange gown and just stole the limelight.

Before holding her belly she told photographers, “I have a surprise for you!”

She hit the red carpet wearing a one shouldered silk cut-away wrap gown from Lanvin Fall 2011 collection and turned a lot of heads by debuting her burgeoning baby bump.

Her gown was accessorized with sparkling statement Lorraine Schwartz jewelry including an emerald ring, drop silver earrings, and a bracelet.

Emerald ring provided a great contrast with her vivid orange gown. Gorgeous mom-to-be Beyonce sported a stylish hairstyle and flawless makeup.

She wore her hair down in side swept ponytail hairstyle with a sweeping retro fringe and sported glossy pink lip shade. Finishing off her look were a pair of crystal embellished sandals.

Preggy Beyonce even gave a rocking performance on stage in Dolce & Gabbana jacket and pants with a sequined top. During her performance, she unbuttoned her sparkling jacket and rubbed her stomach.

Talking to audience on stage, Beyonce said “Tonight, I want you to stand up on your feet — I want you to feel the love that’s growing inside me!”
