Jennifer Aniston covers November 2011 issue of Elle magazine. 42-year-old Horrible Bosses actress is looking lovely on cover wearing a flirty ensemble in the mag’s Women in Hollywood issue.

Photographed by Alexei Hay and styled by Joe Zee, Friends star Jennifer is wearing a cotton tank top from Balmain teamed with satin shorts from Balenciaga by Nicolas Ghesquière.

Making her look all the more stylish are chic accessories including yellow gold necklace with diamonds from Cartier and link bracelets from David Yurman.

On a time when she stood up to a male director: “I threw a chair at a director. It wasn’t my proudest moment. He was treating a script supervisor horribly. When the director walked in, I threw a chair at him. I missed, of course. I was like, ‘You can’t speak to people like that.’ I can’t tolerate it.”
