Lauren Conrad is pretty damn gorgeous in November 2012 issue of Allure magazine. 26-year-old American star shows her assets on cover wearing a bikini top by 3.1 Phillip Lim and a cotton silk toile skirt by Dior. Fire engine red lips and straight hair complete the look.

The shoot is photographed by Alexi Lubomirski and features Lauren donning a silk chiffon dress by Oscar de la Renta. She looks amazing in a bikini by Michael Kors with velvet blazer by LC Lauren Conrad for Kohl’s.

Check out some excerpts from her interview with mag:

On her haters: “People felt that a lot of the things I had were undeserved, maybe because I didn’t have a specific talent; I was more of a regular girl and maybe didn’t deserve the attention. I think anyone in the public eye is going to be hated, and a lesson that I needed to learn quickly is that it is impossible to please everybody. One person will call you classy, and another will call you boring.”

On how authentic The Hills was: “I think the story they told wasn’t a dishonest one. The way they did it sometimes was. They aren’t going to be there for everything. Sometimes two of their main characters will get into a fight, and that’s important to the story line. The [producers] need that reenacted. Their things was always: It did happen. They’re not making this up: you just didn’t see it… Brody and I did date. It was pretty brief. There was definitely editing to drag it out.”

On dating in LA: “You don’t want a slob, but you don’t want a guy whose constantly borrowing your tweezers… the last year and a half, I was dating a lot, and it’s slim pickings.”

On her business rule of thumb: “It’s OK to say no. I think people are smart and know when you’re doing something for money. I never really felt the need to do things simply for a paycheck.”

On her one (failed) attempt at taking a burlesque class: “I was terrible! I had a fedora, gloves that I would remove, and a boa. I thought it would raise my confidence, but it sort of destroyed it.”
