24-year-old The Row designers made a stylish entry donning matching gold rimmed sunglasses that looked chic and added to their style quotient. They made rare red carpet appearance rocking typically eccentric style.

Ashley Olsen wore a calf-length black dress teamed with a green fur shoulder wrap. Mary-Kate kept it stylish in a Fifties-style sheer dotted gown and oversized long waistcoat for Opera’s premiere of Rossini’s Le Comte Ory.

Vogue US April 2011 issue cover stars looked grown up and glamorous in coordinating layered ensembles imbued with their usual luxe bohemian glamor. Both sported chic hairstyle & accessories with dewy makeup.

Like always, CFDA nominated Olsen twins were donning no smiles look with their shades on. Stylish siblings soon ditched their sunglasses to pose for the cameras.

Ashley on leaving acting behind: “I am so proud of what we did. We made kids smile every day. But we had done the most we could do.”

Ashley on the paparazzi: “The press here in New York respect you more. It was the worst in Los Angeles when we got our license. They would follow us. They knew where we lived. And you don’t know who these people are. People just out of jail.”

Ashley on the ideology of The Row: “Each of the looks we’ve shown for Fall was designed top to toe, but then we thought about how everything should dismantle as separates.”

Ashley on her goals for the future: “I want to run a studio…I’d probably like to manage other people on their brands. It could be an artist. A young designer. It could be an existing brand.”

Making the event memorable and full of excitement for 24-year-old Olsen sisters was their popular collection ‘The Row‘ earning a nod in the Swarovski emerging womenswear design category, which honors emerging new talent.

The Row is nominated for the New Talent Award against designers Joseph Altuzarra and Prabal Gurung.

For the event, both sisters suited up in pink and black and rocked menswear inspired look. Ashley wore a pale pink trouser suit from The Row teamed with Manolo Blahnik heels. She styled her hair in a low pony tail.

Mary-Kate donned a black blazer and blouse from ‘The Row’ teamed with skinny black ankle zip pants. Finishing off her look was Balenciaga belt, Prada pink statement clutch, and black sandals by Louis Vuitton. She left her black and super-shiny locks loose. Both finished off their look with chic dark sunglasses.
