A tunic top dress that can be worn as either a top or a skirt caught everybody’s attention. Earlier this week, Carla Bruni Sarkozy wore Roland Mouret’s Lombard dress to a State Dinner. Collection was full of hoods, blouson-vests with waterfall lapels open over front of body teamed with slim skirts and slim pencil skirts. For Fall 2010, Carolina Herrera showed properly tailored outfits including wide-leg trousers, sable jackets, fox shrugs, and crisp white shirts, cocktail dresses, with full, Castilian double-sleeves.
